Create, format, and issue customized airline e-tickets with your agency branding, barcode generation, and fare masking.
1. Overview
Ticket Studio enables travel agents to generate professional, presentation-grade airline e-tickets. Whether dealing with group bookings, charter flights, or standard GDS PNRs, Ticket Studio gives you full control over passenger itineraries, luggage policies, and pricing displays.
2. How to Access
Access Ticket Studio directly at /tools/ticket or click Ticket Studio in your agent tools navigation bar.
3. Key Features
- Agency Branding: Automatically embeds your agency logo, office address, emergency contact numbers, and custom terms of travel.
- PNR & Barcode Generator: Automatically generates scannable PDF417 or standard barcodes for airline check-in compatibility.
- Fare Masking & Markup: Choose to display total client fares, mask wholesale net costs, or split base fares from taxes and service fees.
- Baggage & Allowance Rules: Configure cabin baggage (e.g. 7 Kg) and check-in baggage (e.g. 15 Kg or 30 Kg) individually per sector.
- Multi-Sector Support: Add connecting flights, layovers, return journeys, and multi-city legs in a single unified e-ticket voucher.
4. Step-by-Step Ticketing Process
- Flight Details: Enter the airline name, flight number (e.g., 6E 214), origin airport, destination airport, and departure/arrival timestamps.
- Passenger Roster: Add passenger names (Title, First Name, Last Name), passport numbers (optional), ticket numbers, and seat allocations.
- Pricing Options: Toggle fare visibility according to what you wish the traveler to see on their physical ticket printout.
- Generate & Download: Click Preview & Print to immediately save as a high-resolution PDF or send directly to the traveler.
