1. Overview
Itinerary Studio transforms raw trip ideas into high-converting, beautifully formatted holiday proposals. With integrated AI assistance, you can generate comprehensive day-by-day sightseeing descriptions, hotel recommendations, and transfer schedules within seconds.
2. How to Access
Go to /tools/itinerary or click Itinerary Studio in the CRM Sales menu.
3. Key Features
- AI Tour Content Generator: Enter destination names and trip duration to receive a day-by-day itinerary complete with local attractions and tips.
- Visual Day-by-Day Timeline: Add images, hotel stays, transfer details, and meal indicators for every day of the tour.
- Transparent Inclusions & Exclusions: Distinct checklist blocks showing flights, meals, visa fees, entrance tickets, and personal expenses.
- Dynamic Pricing Calculator: Calculate per-person costs, group package totals, GST, and agency margins automatically.
4. Step-by-Step Proposal Creation
- Click Create New Itinerary and provide the Tour Title, Destination, and Duration (e.g. 5 Nights / 6 Days).
- Use the AI Generate button to populate day-by-day itineraries, or manually customize each day's plan.
- Set package pricing, hotel details, inclusions, exclusions, and payment milestones.
- Click Export Proposal PDF to download a luxury proposal deck branded with your agency colors and logo.
