THE SKY VENTURE provides a comprehensive travel platform that includes:

• SAAS Platform: A software solution for managing travel businesses, bookings, and accounting.
• Flight Ticket Agency: Facilitating the booking of domestic and international flight tickets.
• Visa Provider: Assistance in the application and processing of travel visas.

3. User Account and Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Flight Bookings

• All flight bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines.
• Fares are dynamic and subject to change until the ticket is issued.
• Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the airline's rules, plus our processing fee.

5. Visa Services

• We act as a facilitator between the applicant and the respective consulate/embassy.
• The approval or rejection of a visa is solely at the discretion of the embassy/consulate.
• Visa fees and our service charges are non-refundable once the application process has started, regardless of the outcome.
• Estimated processing times are provided by the embassies and are subject to change.

6. SAAS Usage and Subscription

• Subscription Plans: Our SAAS platform is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our SAAS platform for your business operations.
• Data Ownership: You retain all rights to the data you input into the platform. We reserve the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for platform improvement.
• Uptime: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Termination: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.

7. Visa Services (Powered by Advanced Processing)

• Facilitation: We provide an automated platform to simplify visa applications, similar to modern visa-tech providers like Atlys.
• Accuracy: While we use advanced checks, the accuracy of the information provided is the sole responsibility of the applicant.
• No Guarantee: The final decision on visa issuance lies solely with the government authorities/embassies.
• Service Fees: Our platform fee covers the technology and facilitation costs and is independent of the embassy's visa fee.

8. Payment and Refunds

• Payments must be made in full before service delivery (tickets/visa submission).
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed back to the original source of payment within 7-10 working days, subject to the service provider's approval.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THE SKY VENTURE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Changes in airline schedules or visa regulations.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page.
